As a story, Aquaman is run-of-the-mill, mixing bits of National Treasure, Thor, Black Panther (#OrmWasRight), and Green Lantern (in a good way) into an entertaining stew. But the devil is in the details, and the screen is filled with delightful details, Easter Eggs, and visual gags from beginning to end.

Save for a reference to Steppenwolf, this is an entirely self-contained movie, and even the mid-credit cookie is entirely in the service of this specific franchise. It is colorful, funny, swashbuckling-ly violent big-screen entertainment, with a simple story providing a framework for charming characters and top-notch spectacle. The third act soars accordingly, delivering the promised absurdist “Lord of the Rings, but underwater” action, and by that time we like the characters enough to give a damn.

Momoa’s arc as Aquaman film is solid and includes some especially thoughtful, intelligent self-awareness and self-criticism. Nicole Kidman’s Atlanna is a wonderfully developed role and the one with the strongest emotional presentation. She packs so much into a relatively small number of scenes, but it’s such a full story and Kidman brings it all to life perfectly.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta is Aquaman’s most hated enemy, and the film sets up their conflict perfectly, giving Manta a singular understandable drive. Also, he’s simply one of the coolest-looking villains in comics, and now he’s become one of the coolest-looking villains in movies. Patrick Wilson’s Ocean Master has a few different motives and goals, and it all works well, even though I’d like to have seen a more passionate emphasis on his sense of righteousness regarding the threat posed by the surface world.

Dolph Lundgren plays King Nereus, and Willem Dafoe plays Nuidis Vulko, both actors delivering smart, restrained performances as dignified royalty who must choose sides in an increasingly brutal and complicated conflict.

Aquaman film is an amazing achievement in superhero cinema, filled with pulse-pounding action and dazzling visual effects. It’s Indiana Jones, Black Panther, Avatar, and Pirates of the Caribbean rolled into one blockbuster ball of holiday cinema for your entire family.

Thank you WB for not interfering in this Movie and ruining it. James Wan what can I say, what a masterpiece you have created. The last time I felt this satisfied after watching a movie was when I watched Doctor Strange. But your vision and Cinematography for this film is incomparable the sheer brilliance in every scene has been so delightful. I got this incredible satisfaction of a mesmerised kid who watched his comic books come to life.

This is the most comic booky a comic book movie could ever get. The heroes and antagonists all come out of the comic book so accurately especially Black Manta. When you think about it, the artists were hand picked by Zack Snyder, I used to be his hater, but when I gauged his width and endless creativity you know you’re up for something Brilliant. Jason Momoa’s screen presence is so good, no one else could have pulled this role off any better.

Amber Heard is an Eye Candy and Nicole Kidman brings in the emotions that only an established actor could bring. Wan manages to bring the story to life, the story of a man not being accepted among his people, humbled because of his small beginnings learning from the best and conquering everything. You feel the anguish, delight and the surprises with every character and the scenes, along with the brilliant visuals. The film scores an 11 on 10 for its visuals, especially during the trench scene where Wan creates this amazing Visual spectacular from his vast experience of directing horror movies.

There are some irregularities and those can be dismissed as the movie in its entirety is a treat. In all Wan you could take my Money and leave me Broke, because I’m gonna watch this movie again and will be happy cause you have created a Virtual Paradise.
